The Pitchfork Music Festival will return to Chicago’s beautiful Union Park on Friday, July 18 through Sunday, July 20, 2008.
Some 40 acts will perform at the festival, which like its Web parent, Pitchfork Media, has built a reputation for presenting the best in cutting-edge rock, hip-hop, dance, jazz, and experimental music.

Tickets will be available via pitchforkmusicfestival.com beginning Wednesday, March 12 at noon Central. Tickets are $30 per day, with a limited number of two- and three-day passes priced at $50 and $65 respectively.
