Division Day recently brought their Brit poppy, shoegaze-yness to Chicago and didn’t disappoint. It’s only a matter of time before these guys are on more radars, so catch ‘em now while it’s still special.

The Narrator are fucking crazy on stage - there are costumes, there’s sometimes puke, and there’s always something being demolished..an instrument, stage lighting, your concept of Midwestern guitar-driven rock. They’re my hometown heroes, but this coming six months will show the rest of the world what these dudes are capable of. Check out “SurfJew” for a sweaty, jumpy, anthemic example.
